Young Man 1958-9 bronze 1/6 believed to be unique signed 49 cm high
Oliffe Richmond was born Australia, but spent most of his working life in the UK, mainly in London. He is Australia's greatest sculptor, in our opinion, but Australia doesn't yet realise it. Like many of the UK's best sculptors of the 1950s, he was a Henry Moore assistant. One-man exhibitions include Molton Gallery and Annely Juda Fine Art, London.
